CityBond provides top-grade Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) which have a Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) ACP core. This core is sandwiched between two layers of solid Aluminium, each measuring 0.5mm thick. The LDPE core we use is made from a special mixture of 70% Virgin & 30% LDPE, ensuring that our ACPs possess superior properties for construction purposes.
LDPE, a thermoplastic material that comes from the polyolefin family, has low density (0.91-0.94 g/cm3) and crystallinity levels (50-60%). This makes it very flexible for fabrication and molding. We use ACP sheets made from LDPE, which are light in weight and simple to install without adding much weight onto your building's structure.
CityBond's ACP sheets with LDPE core are good for the environment and can be recycled, falling under recycling number 4. They have strong adhesion, last long, resist impact and provide good electrical insulation. Panels also shield corrosion caused by acids, alcohols, bases as well as esters.
We are happy with our quality methods and have received IGBC certificate. This shows that we are dedicated to environmental sustainability while not giving up on the quality of our ACP sheets. Select CityBond's LDPE core ACP sheets for your upcoming project and see for yourself the adaptability and superiority we provide.
